  It says my plan is free for both of my word press site but i was charged $34.00. Any idea why this is? 2 years later…. and who do i contact to fix this?

  Hi @dllingerie, I don’t see any charges on this account, but you may have another. Can you go to wpchrg.com and enter the payment date and what not there? It’s a secure site that will help staff find your account.

  Alternatively I could email you and get the transaction ID. Please don’t post it in the forums, though, as we consider that private data. If wpchrg.com doesn’t work for you, let me know and I’ll reach out via email.
