I was charged $18 for subscription to a domain that is no longer in use. I have deleted the blog and ended the site with WordPress but I am still being charged for it. I want a refund.Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade.
However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

Thank you for getting back to me. I do not want to upgrade the subscription, I want to cancel it. I tried logging into my account and going to “purchases” but I get a messaging saying I don’t not have a WordPress site. I do not have an option to upgrade or change anything.

We have absolutely no history of sites, domain, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
If you’re referring to dailyjess.com that is both registered and hosted with Bluehost, so if you want to stop their charges, you’ll need to contact them: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
