  Is there a way to subscribe to someone if they don’t have the Meta widget on their page?
  Also is there a way for you to subscribe via WordPress only- ie login to wordpress and find your subscribed updates? I’m new to this and didnt find anything relevant in here!

  A. The feed for WordPress blogs is usually at blogname/feed, i.e. myblog.wordpress.com/feed or mydomain.com/feed.
  B. You cannot find out your subscribers if you use WordPress’ feed. Sign up with and use Feedburner instead.

  just copy the feed address of someone’s blog, then paste to RSS widget
  Done!
