I see some strange character encoding in this comment:

this is a problem recurrent
here in Brasil we only can answer comments by email, without this kind off problems with strange characteres if each user change their email to UTF-8

I also tried sending a comment reply by email in my test blog with the “Use default text encoding for outgoing messages” option turned on in my gmail settings, and the comments feed for my blog displayed a warning about the different character encoding but it still validated at http://validator.w3.org/feed/
If you’d like to debug the comments feed validation issue further, I would recommend waiting until the comments feed shows another problem and posting the example again. We can look in more detail at that time.

Do you mean about the “Resume” option? I see that issue has been queued and someone should reply to it soon. Please be patient.
