  http://69.195.124.53/~innersta/feed/podcast/ will not validate
  /feed/ does validate,can anyone advise on how to change or reset?

  That other site at http://www.inner-standing.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with it. This one is only for free hosted WordPress>COM blog issues. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
