Feed WordPress headlines onto sites homepage

    Hi, I have a wordpress blog that I host myself. Basically what I want to do is feed either the blog posts header or a piece of the body text into the homepage and if people wish to view it all they can click a link and be sent to the blog. Is there a way to do this? I came across a RSS feed thing but that wouldn’t allow me to add links or limit word count, any ideas?

    The blog you specified at mellowfellow.co.uk does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

    This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.
