    Hello! I have a problem with the feedback button. It seems to work for visitors since I tested it myself but I don’t get anything sent to me, neither on my gmail or on my dashboard. I really need this button to work, but it just doesn’t want to. How can I fix this?

    Hi there, the feedback button you’re referring to is connected to Crowdsignal, part of the WordPress.com family. https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/feedback-button-block/

    You should be getting email notifications of form submission, and that setting is available in the block settings in the right sidebar of the Editor on the page where you added the form.

    However, it looks like there’s an issue with being able to access or edit the block’s settings in the sidebar without the block itself closing and thus closing the settings as well.

    I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff attention. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  • Are you referring to the contact form at the bottom of your site?

    And, if those emails aren’t in your inbox, would you please check your email’s spam folder?

    staff-blorbo Apparently, between my reply and yours, the original poster removed the feedback button block from their page and replaced it with the standard contact form. Thanks.

    @petracucek If you’d like support to help troubleshoot the feedback button issue, please consider putting back the feedback button block.

    Yes, I did replace the button with the form at the bottom of the page, since I needed it for a project really quick, because somebody else was supposed to do the site but didn’t and the site had to be up and working from today morning on. I sincerely apologise
