Feedback and order forms on my site aren't sending emails to me

e-mails from feedback and order forms not coming through. I had a contact form (now removed) and an order form on an order page on my photography blog site, and I have discovered that vast amounts of clients’ orders and enquiries are simply not being sent to me. I have confirmed with various people that they have filled in the form correctly and clicked it, only for nothing to come through. Please advise – is there a ‘spam filter’ I can check? I’ve lost out on potentially £100s worth of orders or more…

Hi there,
So I’ve done a couple tests on your site, and I found that the ones that are tests are showing up in your Spam. However, real orders are not. So please rest assured they are going through. Just a check, take a look at your Spam folder once in awhile, as that can happen once in awhile. Please take a look at your Feedback in your Dashboard.
I couldn’t do a test with your Contact Form on your Contact page because it looks like it has been removed.

Yes I had removed the contact form in case nothing was coming through, so as to re-direct them to the e-mail address.
Very useful letting me know about the feedback spam location – just to confirm, anything and everything that goes through my site will come there?
