feedback does not go to my email

  When someone contacts me through the contact form it does not get sent to my email it just stays under the built in feedback page. Can someone help me make it go to my email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  By default the contact form sends feedback to the email address associated with your account. You can find this at https://wordpress.com/settings/account/.

  Will you please confirm that this the email address that you are checking?

  Yes the email is correct and it never goes to spam or junk folder either, it just doesn’t appear.

  Ok! Thank you for the info.

  Our next step then is to check the notification preferences on the contact form itself.

  Here’s how you check this:

  • Navigate to My Site > Pages > Contact ?
  • Click the down arrow next to the Plus sign and then click “@ Add contact form”.

  This will enable you to edit the settings on your existing contact form.

  • Click on “Settings” (next to”Form Fields” at the very top.
  • Here you can verify the email address.

  So I did this and the email I was using was the one i wanted it to send too. I did add my email again to the form and then filled out the contact page on a separate device and it is still not working…

  My fellow Volunteers helped me realize something important – it looks like your site is not hosted at wordpress.COM, but rather at wordpress.ORG.

  You’re currently at the .COM forums, which only services blogs hosted at WordPress.com.

  As your site is not hosted at .COM, please try posting at the .ORG forums. They are located here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .

  We see that you’re using Jetpack as well, so support may be able to assist you there as well: https://jetpack.com/support/
