  Hi there. This forum is for technical support on specific WordPress.com issues, not general blogging advice or blog feedback. For that I suggest you subscribe to the staff blog, The Daily Post. They post a feature every Sunday (so it will be later today) called the Community Pool where bloggers can ask each other for this type of feedback.
