Feedback form
-
Hi,
We get a lot of enquiries through the feedback section on our website, which is shown on the sidebar on WordPress.
I was just wondering is there a way we can get this feedback sent straight through to our emails? instead of having to log onto WordPress to see these comments on the feedback section?

Hi –
You can certainly set up a “feedback” link or form. When folks submit that it would then go to the designated email address in the contact form settings. Please share your site URL so we can take a closer look.

@angliacoffeesolutions Regarding your issue with feedback forms, I just thought I’d add, your feedback should be going to the author’s email address unless you’ve specified otherwise. So if you’re they aren’t receiving feedback either, can you send a link to the affected site? We’ll take a look.

Thank you for your advice.
We have a feedback form setup that works, it’s just that we would like comments directly sent to email.
We have an email address in the settings headlined “discussion” that should mean the feedback comments left (through contact page on site) should come through?
Our URL is

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, and not using our contact form which is added to self-hosted WordPress sites via the Jetpack plugin.
Instead, you appear to be using the Contact Form 7 plugin for the contact page on that site. Support for that plugin is provided by the people who made it, here:
