Feedback form not sending to my email

  Some of the feedback I receive on my wordpress site have recently it seems not been forwarded to my email.

  Just in the last week there have been 3.

  You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

  Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

  Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

  Sorry I should have been more clear. I imbedded a feedback form on my landing page. When it is filled out it saves a copy under my feedback tab on the side and emails be a copy. Some of these have not been emailed to me.
