Feedback form – widget blog

  Hello!
  I’m a new wordpress blogger and enjoying every minute of it.

  Anyway, my question is that I want to add a feedback form or just create a link on my blog where readers can provide me feedback or the usual “ask me” form. Is there an add-on or widget like this? I would like the feedback to go directly to my email.

  A very simple text box form can be added anywhere in a page if you add:

  [contact-form]

  For reference: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ .

  Make sure and turn comments off for that page so that there aren’t two text boxes.

  Oh I just read that you can’t put it in the sidebar. I’ll just make a link under my widgets.
