Feedback not working
-
I tried to send feedback on a problem I just posted. Entered the message, clicked “Send” and the “Send” button vanishes, message remains in box, and no offer to close the box. I click “Feedback,” box closes. Click “Feedback” again, box opens, message still there, no Send button. Odd. I assume the feedback mechanism is broken and the message is not getting through.

that’s a bug that happens sometimes. I always select all my text, copy it, then do the whole process over again. You can also just send an email to support[at]wordpress.com

It’s hard to do the whole process again when clicking Feedback simply brings up the box with the old text and no “Send” button. I did close down the tab, opened a new tab, went to my blog, clicked “New Post” and tried Feedback again—a blank box with a send button. Pasted in the text, clicked “Send” and the same bug again.
Hoping that they fix the bug….

Ah. That would mean that the fix is very close. Few bugs can resist 6 months of investigation.

Didn’t work for me a couple of days ago for a couple of hours but has since then in IE6.
