Feedback on Support

Hello! I had contacted customer support numerous times regarding canceling my premium service and getting a refund. Many support technicians reached out to help (generally just asking me to follow links and fill out forms). I did as was asked. I set up an account years ago and never used it and therefore didn’t even know what the charge was for or how to fill out the forms correctly. My fault entirely.
Here’s my feedback: I was using my cellphone throughout the many different points of contact I had with customer support. I don’t use a laptop aside from work, so it never even crossed my mind that the disconnect could be the fact that the directions to follow weren’t applicable or easy to navigate from my phone. Had I just logged on with a laptop, it would have saved me countless attempts and aggravation. If you’re having trouble with the site or support, get on a PC and off your phone/tablet!
