Feedback page?!?!

  Hey guys,

  I was wondering, I noticed there is a feedback page on the dashboard for the free wordpress hosting site. how do I activate this page? I want to create a feedback page for users to privately email me. Other than setting up a basic page with my email, is there a easy way to do this?
