Feedback retrieval from editors is not working

  My editor cannot receive my requests for feedback via email.

  Hi there. Are you speaking of the Request Feedback feature in the Writing Helper module of the editor? Are your requests not sending, or is your editor just not receiving them? If the latter, ask him/her to check their spam folder, and if they use Gmail, also the Social tab of the inbox.
