Feedback: WordPress.com Needs To Give Option of Blocking Anothee User
-
Hello,
This feedback should please be taken seriously. I strongly believe there should be an option to block another user not just based on negative or bullying comments that person might try to post on one of your posts but also because of the inappropriate content they may have on their site. For example, I get a notification in my email that someone liked one of my inspirational posts. But usually in the email you see a preview of a content or titles of that person’s posts and I did not feel comfortable by what I saw and I did not want this person to be shown as liking my posts and being able to see my blog. It is imperative and necessary that wordpress does something about this. Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
If you feel that a WordPress.com site is abusive in any way, you can read here how to report it:
As for your site, you can decide who can follow it by removing subscribers, however, if your site is public – anyone can see it. The only way to avoid likes from users you don’t want to see your site is to make it private. This way you’ll be able to accept your site’s visitors manually. Here’s more about that:

Hi,
I appreciate your prompt response, information and assistance. However, I would still appreciate it if you can please forward my feedback to WordPress simply because I feel that there are so many social media platforms out there and most of them have an option to block another person or page. I find it strange that WordPress.com has not done this yet. Especially since WP is such a huge blogging platform with so many users. Thank you. -
