  What is “Feedbacks” and how does it work (just under comments on Dashboard menu)? I can’t find a reference to this anywhere. Thanks!!

  I found this http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ it looks like a way to add a contact form instead of posting your email address for your readers to get in touch with you.
