Feedburner banished my original wordpress feed

Hello, can anyone help me out here, i recently had my old feeds redirected to feedburner from my wp blog. The feed had stopped working because of the size :( so i deleted this thinking that my old wp feed would be there!

Well i thought wrong, now it seems i no longer have a feed what the hell can i do?
Ps i deactivated the feedsmith plugins but that does not work! and i cannot add my feed again to feedburner as the file size is too big lol
I have scoured the interent for a resoltion but it seems i am in a no win situation!
