Feedburner / custom feed autdiscovery?
-
Is it possible to configure feed autodiscovery to use a custom feed, for example when using a Feedburner feed?
Autodiscovery is the way the browser figures out the default feed(s) for the page.
Asking specifically about WordPress.com hosted blogs.
Thanks -

Browsers look for the feed for the page that is active in your browser.
And personally, I don’t like the thought of someone forcing me to use a certain reader. I’ll make my own decisions.

@Vivian – Oh well, thanks for letting me know :)
@Sacred – Autodiscovery still links to a standard RSS or Atom feed, any reader can be used to subscribe. There are blog hosts that offer feed URL redirection to allow, for example, http://feeds.feedburner.com/myblogname?format=xml as the default feed. In Firefox 3, you can see an orange RSS icon in the right of the address bar, which links to the feed detected or “autodiscovered” as the default.
