Feedburner email subscription form

  Hi – I am trying to add an email subscription form on my blog, and am following the directions on feedburner by creating a text widget on my wordpress.com blog and pasting the code.

  I want a form that someone can enter their email address into. I have read on the forums that due to security issues, wordpress strips the forms out of blogs, however I have seen other wordpress.com blogs that have the form. can someone advise?

  Thanks for the quick response. I know the link works, but I’d rather have a form where someone can enter their email address directly on the front page of the blog…i see other people have these, and i’m trying to work that out.

  Thanks for the message. One that I see is http://www.greenprophet.com

  I looked at the page source information and tried to emulate it with my feed info, but the form was removed by wordpress, so I just used the link widget instead. However, I’d love to find a work around if possible, as I think greenprophet is more elegant looking.

  Forms are not allowed at wordpress.com due to security concerns.
