FeedBurner feed on WP.com hosted Blog
-
Hi,
I’m switching my blog from TypePad to WP.com. I had my TypePad blog feed setup with FeedBurner, so now I want to change FeedBurner to pull feeds from the WP.com blog. I that step should be straightforward, in FeedBurner just change “Original Feed” to http//c25kapp.com/feed/ and leave “Feed address” field the same. Correct?
But my bigger question is how do I change my blog to display FeedBurner’s URL instead of WP’s one? I don’t see anything in the settings.
Thanks for your help,
Alex -
1. Please provide a link to your wordpress.COM blog when asking questions in the forums. And consider linking it to your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums.
2. Assuming you are hosted here, please use the large “search” link at the top of the forum. This question was asked earlier today https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/subscribe-to-rss-feed-only-goes-to-bookmarks-menu?replies=2 Bottom line is that you can put a link to your feedburner feed but you cannot change the feed here.

I’ve linked my user name to my blog. For some reason when I did a search it only returned older posts from 2007. I though maybe there was a way to do it now.
Thanks for the reply. It really sucks that WP.com doesn’t support FeedBurner.
Thanks,

Perhaps you didn’t understand. WordPress.COM DOES support Feedburner – I use it myself. You just cannot change your default feed over to FeedBurner. Given the theme that you are using, you would need to remove the Meta widget and code it manually (like I have on my blog).
