Feeding instagram posts automatically into wordpress site.

Hello. I am looking for a way to have instagram automatically post to my wordpress site. I have not used my site for some time. The reason that I did not use it much was that it was far too cumbersome for what I wanted. I would have to make my instagram post, then come into wordpress and maunally make an other post in wordpress. Is there a way for my instagram to automatically make a post to my wordpress site, each time I create a new post on instagram? That is what I am looking for. Please let me know. Thank you so much. KJ

However, we do have an instagram widget.
Make sure you are logged into Instagram when doing the widget set up.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

This particular widget needs to be authorized using the WP admin widget page rather than the customizer. If you go to Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets from the WP Admin dashboard and authorize the widget from there, you’ll have much better luck. Thank you for the replies. I believe I had set that up before. I will check again. However, just a feed on the side bar is not what I am after. It appears that Im going to have to find a web site platform that will allow posts directly from Instagram to the website itself. I don’t want to spend all of that extra time uploading the photo separately and making a whole new post myself. It is time consuming. You’d think in 2016 there would be a way to do this. I know that on the .org platform you CAN do this. Perhaps I will have to check into using that instead. Anyway I will see what I can accomplish. I appreciate all of your feedback. @kpjdca WordPressdotcom also gives you the option to embed your Instagram posts in your site, but you will have to add each one manually as a new post. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/instagram/instagram-images/
@tt, whether Google considers embeds as duplicate content is a good question. Instagram.com is not @kpjdca’s domain, and it is clear where the original post was made (on instagram), so I don’t think her ranking would suffer, but I bow to your expertise.

WOW! Thank you so much. That is exactly what I was looking for. Well, very close. I don’t mind that at all. That is FAR FAR FAR better than having to re upload the photo here and having to repeat everything. That will work swimmingly for now. Thank you so much for your help Justjennifer!
