  How do I feed this blog posts to my website? The website is http://www.knappmannlaw.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you for your answer, but what I am hoping is that my posts on my wordpress blog also automatically get fed to a website for my law firm that I have. I guess it is a RSS feed, but do not know what to put down for the blog source in my website content page.

  Depending on what you want to do you can display the feeds from your blog: https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

  Or you can map your blog as a sub-domain of your regular web site

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
