Feeds from blog to facebook page

  I am trying to set up feeds on facebook so that my posts from my website post to my facebook page – but it is asking me at this address
  https://www.facebook.com/#!/apps/application.php?id=23798139265 go to
  for a ‘feed address’ – how do I get that? I can’t find it on my wordpress site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
