Feeds with DTDs

  I’m new to feeds and this is an message that appears over the feed info when I try to read it: Feeds with DTDs are not supported
  What is a DTD, please… and do I need to do something to resolve this… is it a problem?

  This problem can be safely ignored as long as you can still read feeds.

  an RSS feed is an XML file, and they use DTDs to explain their structure.
