  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here. I’m also showing you’ve never had any websites created here at WordPress.com

  Can you let us know what fees you’re asking about and for which website? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
