  Just signing up for blog name, paying 99 package–can I change the name of the blog and/or make it a stable website at any time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If all you want is to change the URL of the website, all you need to pay is $18. Five for the domain, thirteen for the mapping.

  You can buy a custom domain name and map it to a blog here at any time. The only “timing” thing is that search engines need to get used to the new domain name, so sooner if better if you are going to be a serious blogger.

  If you buy and register a new domain name and map it to a blog here, all the old URL’s will keep on working
