I need a FEIN # for WordPress to process a request for payment. Can someone from WordPress contact me with this information please?

I don’t understand what you are asking for. Below are the only accepted means of payment.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

The FEIN # is for an internal process (we are a municipal agency.) Need this to process an upgrade.

We don’t do phone support, but I’m sure we can get this straightened out. I wanted to email privately since we need to talk about purchases.
The latest address was a gmail address. Gmail tends to put all emails from us under the Social tab. Could you check there?
If you don’t see it, can you please send an email to help@wordpress.com referencing ticket #581120-f? Let me know when you’ve sent that email and I’ll find it in our system to follow up with you.
