Feste Menuleiste: eine Seite löschen, die aber nicht unter “Seiten auffindbar”

Wie kann ich das “Home” auf meinem Blog löschen? Ich habe als feste Startseite ja bereits “Willkommen” eingerichtet:
http://blog.carmen-hentschel.de/?page_id=96Und in den Seiten taucht “Home” nicht mehr auf, so dass ich es löschen könnte.
Falls Jemand einen Tip hat, wo ich das “Home” löschen kann, wäre das klasse.Ein herzliches Dankeschön im Voraus,
