fetching inventory/stock not syncing

We cannot sync our products in woocommerce to square anymore. When we click “Fetch stock from square” it responds with “Unable to fetch inventory: Product not synced with Square. Please mark product as un-synced and save, then synced again”.
I have de-installed and reinstalled the plug in, as well as updated the website and everything I could. I do not know how to change this so we can sell products linked to our square and keep our inventory updated. When we go into the sync records all of the syncs of recent have failed.

I checked your site, and although it is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it uses the open-source WordPress.org software.
If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site, you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
