Few Blog Questions

Okay, I’ve been beating around the bush on the past few questions I posted, and I’m not getting too far doing that. I’m just going to go ahead and list everything that I need help on or a little confused.
Right now, I have a free blog with WordPress. I am interested in expanding now. I already have bought my domain with Bluehost. I would like to know what is the easiest, and most coast effective way, to have WordAds and Shoplocket on my blog. Obviously, I would ONLY be selling my own items that I personally made. I believe to do that, I would need to use WP.org, correct? Would the only way to do this, is to become a VIP member?

1. Free hosted WordPress.COM blogs cannot be equipped for Ecommerce transactions; only WordPress.ORG installs can be so equipped.
There is NO way you can have Shoplocket a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. You must hire a webhost http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress>ORG site to use it.
2. WordAds is an advertising program available ONLY to those with free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. It is not available to those running WordPress.ORG installs.
3. Forget becoming a VIP member unless you have very deep pockets and an outstanding blog that would be considered for acceptance into VIP hosting.

After you hire a webhost to provide hosting http://wordpress.org/support/ and set up a WordPress.org install then you can export your blog content out of your free hosted WordPress.com blog and import it into your WordPress.org install. Note that themes cannot be exported. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform.
We do not provide support for WordPress.org software. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and different versions of themes with same names.
