    On Jan. 18th, 2023, I bought domain and cancelled on the same day(within hour) but have not received refund. What type of business you are practicing?

    Hi there!

    I’ve checked our records and found that you canceled both of your purchases made on January 18, 2023, and we issued full refunds. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing (There are separate refund receipts, but they will add up to the total amount).

    You will need to contact your credit card issuer/bank to find out the status of the refund. Some banks/credit card companies remove the original transaction from the statement when there’s a full refund. Others take one or two billing cycles to adjust. If you still see the original transaction on your January statement and don’t see adjustments/refunds yet, please contact your credit card company/bank.

    I’ve checked and confirmed that the refunds were successfully issued from our end.
