Fiddled with custom fonts, now that's all I see
-
Hi all,
I toyed with some of the custom theme options this morning, now the font has changed for me on this computer permanently.
It’s really bizarre, if I view my website on the wife’s laptop or in work, my Twenty Ten theme looks fine, however I see this:
I’ve tried changing the theme to something else and back, without success. Hope you can help!
Thanks.

Just to follow up.
I needed to add a new page to my site and the font in the create new page rich text editor is the same. I guess I’ve changed it somewhere in WordPress settings for all editable fonts?
Confused!

CSS is theme specific. If you have custom CSS and later change themes, you need to delete whatever CSS you have in the Editor, otherwise, you’ll get undesired results. To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.

When I look at the blog linked to your username using Firefox 9.0.1 I see a normal display of the Twenty Eleven theme. Perhaps another Volunteer will be able to help but I’m sorry I don’t see anything unusual.

No worries, that’s what I’m saying, in Chrome I see this strange heavy, italic style font.
I’ll try looking at it with Firefox, back shortly…

Yep, weird, looks fine in Firefox…
How the hell have I changed the default font for Chrome, but only for WordPress????
