File backup help please

    I am so technologically challenged I hired someone to help with my site. She totally screwed me. I need to back up the website files (her work) and not just the content files before I fire her… so that I can prove, if need be, what she did and more importantly did NOT do. How do I back up everything? I have spent weeks studying WordPress books and forums and can’t figure this out but have learned a lot of other stuff.
