file button in Upload New Header Image don’t function

When I tried to upload a new image from my photoshop to the “Upload New Header Image” but the “choose File button don’t seem to function at all.

You’re not giving us much to go on out here. I could be wrong but maybe you have a browser problem.
(1) Which browser and version of it are you using?
(2) Have you tried a force refresh or reload? http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/09/06/force-refresh/
(3) Are you using the visual rich text editor? Look here -> Users -> Your Profile and see if the visual rich text editor box is checked or not. -
The visual rich text editor check is on. Should it be off (as I did when I added boomark blog buttons to add to the sidebar)?

I didn’t know you had image problems before. If shutting off Tiny MCE and using the standard editor worked before then why not try again? Hey, you also forgot to say which browser you are using.

Safari and uploading header images are a problem; we’ve run into that before. Unfortunately, I don’t know a workaround other than using a different browser (sorry).

Safari doesn’t support Javascript fully. The newest version of the browser included with OS 10.5 (Is that it?) helps a bit but we’ve still had issues reported here in the forums.
