File empty message when uploading a jpg?
-
When I try to upload jpg files to my blog I only get a message saying that there is a file error and that file is empty. I have checked the file, reloaded it onto the computer, as well as uploading it to gmail to make sure it was not corrupt. Gmail uploaded it fine and the file does exist at only 2.4mb. Can you help me? What is there problem here?
Thank you

That is a very large file size. Consider resizing the image and reducing the file size to help it load faster on the page.
The instructions for uploading images is here and is pretty easy to follow.
Make sure the image is a supported file type such as jpg and png. Don’t assume, just check for sure. Follow the instructions on uploading the image to ensure you are doing it correctly. It looks like you’ve done it well in the past on your site, so not sure what might be happening, but a file that large can have problems during the upload process if it is interrupted (click away from the upload web page) or there is a glitch in the Internet connection.
Slow down and take it one step at a time. I just ran some tests and image uploading is working fine.
Thanks.
