"File is empty" error message

  When I try to add images to my media library I get this error message “File is empty. Please upload something more substantial.”

  Hi,

  Does this happen for you with different files or always the same one? Can you try using a different browser?

  I’d like to make sure that first we eliminate the image itself as the issue, and then eliminate one specific browser as the issue, since we aren’t seeing a system-wide issue currently.
