  How do I add a media file larger than 20 MB?

  Hi there,

  It’s possible to upload media files up to 1GB in size, provided your connection is fast enough and doesn’t time out during the upload. However, we only allow certain types of files to be uploaded. What type of file is it you’re trying to add?

  pdf – I want to put a link to it on a page in my site

  You should be able to upload a PDF of that size, but if your connection is not very fast it might be timing out while the file is uploading. If that’s the case using a different connection might work, or otherwise you’ll need to find a way to make that file smaller.
