File Not Found error at Export (paid extra storage customer)

Hi, trying to do a simple export of all content (for backup purposes) and have been getting “file not found” error all day. Is there something wrong at your end?

Hi there,
It looks like the export is currently timing out due to the high amount of content. If you would like, I’m happy to send the export to the email address on file for your account. Just let me know!
On the subject of backups, we take care of all of that for you so you really shouldn’t need to export your content periodically. Even if something drastic happened and our servers went down, we would still be able to power your content back up!

Thank you! Please send the export email address. Although I trust you guys completely my post-9/11 office data loss mode forces me to be overly careful.
