File still shows up as not being deleted.
-
Hello,
First the image in question is adult rated, but I recently was contacted in that it was copyright infringement. I wanted to take the blog down as well as the image. I used the delete all content buttons but the file is showing on the address below.[link redacted by staff]
Can I get help purging this as the blog itself is gone now and I see no media?

Deleting sites and/or site content or making the site private does not remove indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results) and we cannot help with that. Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found):

Hi there,
That file is no longer on our servers. If you’re still able to access it, it’s most likely cached in your browser. Clear your browser cache, or view that link in an incognito window in Chrome, and you should see a 404 error.
We have no control over files that might be cached on Google’s and other search engines’ servers. You’ll need to contact the search engines directly to have a file removed from their caches.

Hello there and thank you for your reply. I do see what you mean about the 404. There does seem to be a second version that even if I clear cache it still shows up. Could you able to see if this is indeed a valid picture still residing on the server and is a second version? The “?w=480” at the end seems to be the difference in getting the 404 while the addition of this at the end pulls up the picture.
I appreciate the support! Address is below.

I get a 404 error on that link whether or not I add the width query to the URL. That file is not on our servers any more.
