  What is my ftp login credentials? Doing http://ftp.wordpress.com does not work. I enter my correct username and password so that is not the problem. I use FileZilla as recommended.

  WordPress.com hosting doesn’t offer FTP access. Here are some workarounds for things you might do with FTP: https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
