File upload limit – is it really 1GB?

  I purchased a 25GB upgrade to ensure that I can upload videos to my site. Now, I see that I’m limited to a per-file upload max of 1GB? Really? If there is no way to work around this, then I may be asking for a refund.

  We’ve had good success with file sizes up to 1 GB. You can try file sizes up to 1.4 GB, but your experience may vary. Remember, uploading big files can take a long time!
