  I want to have a file uploader in my WP website so I can allow my user to upload file to me, is it possible? or if not in WP.com, maybe .Org?

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload plugins into our blogs. This entry describes the differences bewtween WordPress.com free hosted blogs and WordPress.org installs.
