I am trying to enable wp optimize cache on the site, which I had a permission denied issue.
The file has the owner of root instead the site user, I can’t seem to be able to change the file owner, and I do not have the root password either
How do I fix this? Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I understand that you’re experiencing permission denied issues while trying to enable wp optimize cache on your site. As your site is on our Business Plan and under our managed hosting, you do not need to change the file owner or use a caching plugin. We provide built-in caching at the server level for the best performance possible.

    See: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/incompatible-plugins/#caching-plugins

If you’re experiencing any performance-related issues or have further questions about optimizing your site, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to help!
