File Won't Upload

Hi. I am trying add a picture to a post, but I’m getting the error ‘An error occurred while uploading the file’. I Googled it, clicked on a few links, and tried what they said, and none of the things worked. I asked my friend to try to upload a picture to his website, and he’s getting the same exact error, so I’m assuming this is an error for everyone right now. Could it be that, or is there a fix? Thanks.

I suggest to refresh your browser, and try to use a different browser for your upload. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Disable any browser extensions or ad-ons and then retry your upload once going through these steps. Hi supersonic1879,
We just had another bit of time where image uploads weren’t working properly for everyone. A fix was just released a few minutes ago that resolved this though.
Images should be uploading properly again.
Can you let us know here if you still are having problems uploading images?

I just tried to upload pictures to my blog thebarefoothome and again it’s telling me that an error occurred. Is it just me or is there still a glitch? Just wondering what to do :D

Hi – The glitch was fixed last night. Were you able to work through the browser and image upload troubleshooting ?

Hi Dawn,
I took a look at your site and it does seem you have something else happening here on your site. The free 3GB of storage space that came with your site has been used up so as things are right now you wouldn’t be able to upload anything new.
There are a couple options. You could remove items from your Media Library to free up space if there are items you no longer need. Keep in mind though that anything you remove from there will stop showing up on your site when people visit it as well.
The other option would be to upgrade to one of our plans which includes more storage space. You can find out more about them here:
