Filemaker php integration into wordpress

    Our team’s web developer made a contact form in filemaker and sent me the folder with all of the php files. I copied the index php file into a plug-in that creates php snippets, so the form is visible on the page but does not validate the contacts info, sent a confirmation, and other features, due to the other files not being included. The folder has around 20 files that are mostly jquery scripts. How can I install these files so it will work on our contact page?
