  Are my files kept somewhere. My whole site needs to be redone and I can’t fine any of the original jpegs

  Hey there @marianneypetit, have you looked in Media? I can’t access the site link you shared, as it is not hosted here, but that’s usually where the files are organized. Or if you’re looking for the actual files themselves, they should be accessible through your file manager in /wp-content/uploads/

  I also noticed your Jetpack connection isn’t working. If you are using our interface to manage the site, you’ll need that fixed, but your host can likely help:
