files showing in Google

HI. Today I did a google search of my email account following some random person trying to get information from me in order to get money. In doing so, I found that my CV was visible with my telephone number and address. It is showing up as wp-content/uploads. and as a doc file. I permanently deleted the file today and as far as I knew, it wasn’t public. It is still showing and I’m feeling a little frustrated that it is available through my wordpress site, even though I can’t even find it myself in my media library. I can’t work out how to get to this file to delete it so that it does not show up in Google. Any advice. Thanks
